EDEN CREEK RESIDENCE |
 |
 |
This new residence is being constructed on a 50' wide lot that contains Eden Creek, which drains the largest watershed in the City of Sammamish. The environmental, design, and regulatory constraints have required a tightly-coordinated approach to the development of the site. M.Moore Architects collaborated closely with the owners, stream consultant The Watershed Company, The City of Sammamish, the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife, and selected builder Krekow/Jennings, Inc. to craft a comprehensive approach to creation of a new home over a newly fish-passable section of Eden Creek.
